Greg is an experienced legal executive and in-house commercial transactions and corporate attorney with a deep background in gaming, interactive entertainment, digital media, and emerging technologies (including blockchain, crypto and web3). Through FLEX and otherwise, he has served as outside general counsel and commercial counsel to leading game companies, as well as a wide range of venture-backed businesses, AR/VR, adtech, digital media and entertainment, and other innovative technologies. His in-house leadership includes senior legal roles at Mythical Games, Activision Blizzard, and Gaikai (Sony Interactive), where he structured and negotiated complex agreements spanning technology licensing, IP/content deals, publishing, marketing, sponsorships, and M&A.
