Patrick brings deep experience from both BigLaw lawyering and being in-house legal leader, helping tech companies scale with confidence. After starting his career in M&A at Kirkland & Ellis, he joined Amazon to support e-commerce/technology clients. There, Patrick delivered results in commercial deals (like logistics partnerships and marketing programs) and leading teams to support international products at scale--including Amazon's teams for Personalization (ML), Mobile Shopping App, Core AI, and Automated Marketing. Patrick then served as General Counsel at two high-growth startups (Bluecrew and Pandion), helping those companies scale and advising across commercial, product, IP, employment, and corporate matters. Now, as a FLEX attorney, he partners with technology clients to provide strategic, pragmatic legal guidance across product counseling and commercial deals.
