Megan is an in-house generalist with deep commercial, product, corporate, and compliance experience in fintech and financial services. She supports companies at different stages, ranging from startups to publicly traded companies. As Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, Megan developed compliance management programs, navigated complex regulatory matters for financial products, counseled product teams on the full product lifecycle, and negotiated global B2B partnerships, SAAS, software licensing, and vendor agreements.
