Gary is a technology transactions attorney with experience negotiating hardware, software, SaaS, and general commercial agreements. As prior VP of Legal, he is accustomed to navigating general legal issues, including product counseling, and managing outside resources when needed. In addition to being an in-house generalist, Gary offers unique experience in aerospace, satellites, and government contracts.
