Keith is a long-standing FLEX attorney with over 10 years' experience with FLEX clients, and 30 years of legal experience. He supports our clients with inbound and outbound technology transactions. A significant portion of his work includes drafting and negotiating outbound SaaS agreements for small to mid-size private companies, in addition to data privacy, enterprise software, partnership, and reseller agreements.
